All purchases are subject to product availability. We do our best to keep products in stock and maintain accurate availability information on our website.
Any pre-order products will be clearly marked. Dispatch dates are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays or date inaccuracies.
We strive to ensure product descriptions, specifications, prices, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and will notify you if this affects your order.
Colours and images may vary from actual products due to monitor settings, lighting, and photography.
We may cancel any accepted order before delivery for reasons including significant dispatch delays, inability to supply due to circumstances beyond our control, or website errors (such as incorrect descriptions or pricing). We will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
3. Payments
You must pay in full when placing your order. The total amount payable includes product prices, delivery charges, and GST, as displayed at checkout.
You remain liable for any import duties or charges imposed by customs or tax authorities. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs from customs clearance processes.

4. Delivery, Title and Risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
We use various delivery partners. Some deliveries require a signature; others may be left in a safe place or at a post office, depending on your preferences and our delivery partner’s policies.
We retain title to products until full payment is received. Until title passes to you, you must not create or permit any encumbrance, lien, security interest or third-party claim over the products.
Risk passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
5. Returns
We offer exchanges (subject to stock) or store credit for change-of-mind returns in accordance with our Shipping and Returns Policy, available at www.nue-collective.com.

Nothing in these Terms modifies or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Law Rights).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If returning products under Consumer Law, you must initially cover any associated costs (e.g., postage). If your claim is valid, we will refund your return delivery costs and either repair, replace, or refund the product.

Force Majeure
No party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., supply disruptions, cyber attacks, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics).
Assignment
You cannot assign rights or obligations without written consent.

Amendment

Governing Law
