Shipping and Returns Policy


1. Shipping

Shipping Cost
Once you have placed the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart, we will calculate the cost of delivery based on your delivery address.

We provide free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $150.00.
For orders under $150.00, standard shipping is $9.95.

Express shipping is available for $14.95.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Deliveries generally take 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • Metropolitan areas: estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

  • Regional or rural areas: estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.

  • Express shipping: usually arrives within 1–3 business days, depending on your postcode.


2. Returns for Change of Mind

We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) or store credit for change of mind where we determine (at our absolute discretion) that:

  • you have provided proof of purchase and the products were purchased within 14 days of your request;

  • the products are in original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed or altered;

  • the products are in their original undamaged packaging with all tags intact;

  • the products are not sale items, custom-made items, special-buy products or gift vouchers; and

  • a completed Returns & Exchanges Form has been submitted.

We do not cover delivery or re-delivery costs for change-of-mind returns. These must be covered by the customer.

You may still have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

Store Credit
Store credit will be issued as a unique code once your return is approved.

  • Valid for 3 years from the date of issue

  • No cash redemption value

  • Cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred

  • You are responsible for keeping your store credit code secure

If you use store credit to purchase products and later return them, any refund will be issued as store credit only (subject to your Australian Consumer Law rights).


3. Australian Consumer Law (including faulty or defective products)

In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major one.

If you return products to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you are responsible for any initial return costs (such as postage) when sending the product back to us.

If your claim is valid under the Australian Consumer Law, we will:

  • refund your return delivery costs, and

  • depending on the issue, either provide a repair, replacement, or refund for the product.
