1. Shipping
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Australia

Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $170 AUD.

Standard Shipping: $11.95 AUD for orders under $170.

Express Shipping: $19.95 AUD.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:

Metropolitan areas: 2–4 business days

Regional and rural areas: 5–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on your postcode)
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside of our control.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
We hope you love your NUE Collective pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to offer a size exchange (subject to availability) or store credit, provided the following conditions are met.
To be eligible, you must:

Provide proof of purchase.

Lodge your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return the item unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Ensure all original tags remain attached.

Return the item in its original packaging where possible.

Return the item free from perfume, odours, pet hair or any signs of wear.
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Final sale products

Products marked as non-returnable
Size Exchanges
If you require a different size, we're happy to exchange your item, subject to stock availability.
For all size exchanges:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to NUE Collective.

Customers are also responsible for the postage cost for us to send the replacement item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item, as NUE Collective cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you're welcome to return your item for store credit provided it meets the eligibility requirements above.
Store credit is issued once your return has been received and approved.
Store credit:

Is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Is issued for the value of the returned item only.

Cannot be redeemed for cash.

Is non-transferable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing every order.
If you believe you've received a faulty item, a damaged product, or we've sent you the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing:

If your claim is approved under the Australian Consumer Law, NUE Collective will:

Cover all reasonable return postage costs;

Provide a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate; and

Reimburse any reasonable return shipping expenses.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
