1. What makes NUE. Collective different?

We create thoughtfully designed basics for babies, kids, and adults – pieces that feel beautiful, soft and effortless. Every item is made in timeless neutral tones, premium cotton-rich fabrics, and easy everyday silhouettes designed to be worn and loved.

2. Are your materials safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our fabrics are carefully selected for softness, breathability and comfort. We avoid harsh dyes and unnecessary chemicals, making our pieces gentle for delicate and sensitive skin.

3. Do your sizes follow Australian standard sizing?

Yes. Our babies, kids and adult ranges follow standard Australian sizing, and each product page includes measurements to help you find the best fit. Our T-Shirts and Rompers are designed with an oversized, relaxed fit, giving little ones extra comfort and that effortless, signature look.

4. Do you ship Australia-wide and New Zealand?

Yes – we ship Australia-wide and NZ. Delivery times may vary, but most Australian orders arrive within 3-7 business days.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Baby & Kids Clothing

1. What sizes do your rompers come in?

Our knitted cotton rompers are available from NB to 4Y, offering a comfortable, stretchy fit as your little one grows.

2. Are your rompers suitable for warm weather?

Yes – the breathable cotton makes them ideal for Australian climates. They’re soft, lightweight and gentle on your little ones skin.

3. Do the rompers have snap buttons?

They do. We use tonal easy-open snaps to make nappy changes quick and simple.

4. What makes your Kids T-Shirt & Short Set great for active play?

Our sets are made from soft knitted cotton with sturdy seams – perfect for play, day care days and everyday adventures.

5. Are your T-Shirt Dresses suitable for all seasons?

Yes! Our T-Shirt Dress is made from a substantial, structured French Terry material that holds its shape beautifully. It feels cosy enough for cooler days, while still being breathable and comfortable for everyday wear – making it an easy-year round staple.

6. Why do parents love the Sweater & Skort Set?

It’s comfy, cute and practical. The skort includes built-in shorts for movement, and the French Terry material adds light warmth without being heavy.

7. What size are your kids caps?

Our kids caps are one size (50cm) and include an adjustable Velcro strap, making it easy to find a comfortable fit as your little one grows. They’re a beautiful, practical gift for newborns and toddlers.

8. Do your baby/toddler socks stay on?

Yes – our socks are designed with a snug, gentle fit so they stay on little feet without slipping. They also feature grips in our signature logo on the sole for extra stability during play and early steps.

Adult Clothing

1. What sizes are available in Adult T-Shirts and T-Shirt Dresses?

We offer XS-S, S-M, M-L and L-XL to suit a range of shapes, while keeping the relaxed, oversized signature NUE fit.

2. What material are the Adult T-Shirts made from?

Our tees are crafted from premium cotton blends designed for softness, breathability, and everyday comfort.

3. Do Adult T-Shirts and Shorts come as a set?

Yes! You can purchase them as a matching set, or style them separately. Many customers also love mixing and matching the tees and shorts across our neutral colour palette to create their own effortless
look.

4. Do you offer Matching Family Outfits?

Absolutely. Many of our core colours are intentionally designed to coordinate beautifully across baby, kids and adults.

Fabric & Care

1. How do I wash my NUE. Pieces?

For best care:

  • Warm machine wash with similar colours
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
  • Line dry in shade or tumble dry, cool
  • Warm iron
  • Do not dry clean.

2. Will the colours fade?

Our fabrics undergo colourfastness testing to ensure your pieces stay looking their best when cared for as directed.

3. Do your clothes shrink after washing?

Most pieces are pre-washed or pre-shrunk to reduce shrinkage and maintain their shape. Please ensure care instructions are followed to maintain longevity.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition and have their swing tag still attached. (Our swing tags also note this requirement).

2. How do exchanges work?

If you need a different size or colour, you can request an exchange by sending an email to hello.nuecollective@gmail.com.

Please note: items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their swing tag still attached to qualify.

3. What if I received a faulty item?

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos for our team to review. Please email hello.nuecollective@gmail.com. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned so we can asses it properly.

Once the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll organise a replacement or refund straight away – no swing tag needed for genuine faults.

Orders & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards, PayPal, Afterpay (AU/NZ), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

2. Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to adjust it. Reach out to our team as soon as you with your order number to hello.nuecollective@gmail.com.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?

We don’t offer gift wrapping at this stage, but every order is packed with care and presented beautifully.

We also offer digital gift cards for effortless gifting.
